This is our attempt to have you better protect yourself. We recommend long and random passwords/passphrases using as many symbols, letter, numbers and upper/lower cases.

As a security measure there is nothing we can do if your password is forgotten. In addition entering the incorrect password that exceeds the maximum amount of attempts, will lead to the device wiping it self.

Messages are always encrypted by the sender's device prior to transmission that travel through our encrypted channel and only can be decrypted by the intended recipient. Simply put, the content and identity of our clients are not stored on our servers and that the content is encrypted data, which is indecipherable.

This applies to direct chats with another associate. All messages in direct chats will have Burn times, which will automatically delete the message after a specified time after received. The sender of the message sets the Burn time and the countdown begins after you open the message. Once the time runs out the message will automatically delete itself. A sender can also Regret Burn a message which will have the message delete off both the senders and receivers device, before the original Burn time has expired.

Yes, we allow our clients the ability to create a true private experience by allowing you to un-list or re-list your contact ID at anytime. Simply, check or uncheck Accept New Contacts found in settings. If you uncheck no one will be able to know if your account exists. Our suggestions on how to use this feature is to add all the contacts you require and then un-list yourself for absolute privacy.

Yes, PS Mail is fully compatible with our BB7 email services.

On the device home screen tap on PS Mail
1) Click on Compose icon
2) In the To field enter the email
3) If the email is valid, keys for the contact will be automatically imported. A proper security practice you should follow is to verify each contacts fingerprints to ensure it is the person you want to communicate with.
4) Tap Send icon

On the device home screen tap on Prive
1) Tap the action button
2) Tap the Add Contact Icon
3) Enter Username and tap Create
4) Type message and tap Send
5) Trust fingerprints screen will appear if this is a new/updated contact. Once keys are fetched you will need to trust them in order to message.
6) Confirm and trust fingerprints and when completed slide the switch to the right

Yes, Prive is only offered on Android. To communicate with BB7 Phantom devices you will have to use PS Mail.

Therefore it is critical that you verify each contact first before beginning to communicate, to ensure that the contact is, who they say they are. Once verified the contact would be considered trusted. We have provided a process, which allows you to verify and trust contacts easily through the use of matching unique fingerprints.

Each messaging application we offer has a unique fingerprint that can be verified in person or over third party channels. When you trust a contact's fingerprint, means you have verified that the person using the secure message application is who they claim they are. To confirm this, simply contact the person via third party method and compare the fingerprints found on their device and the one you have for them. If they match then it is confirmed that the contact has that secure messaging account.

No, to provide better security we are operating 2 completely separate messaging systems independent of one another.  This allows clients the option to either provide just their email, chat ID or both at their own discretion. This means you don't need to give all your contact information and we will not provide it by default which would automatically link the email to the chat or the chat to the email. What you are getting are 2 completely anonymous secure messaging services.  We also believe that Email and Chat are used very differently in the business world. The format and functions are actually useful in their own respected format and having an email appear in a chat form would not be useful and vice versa.
